Boat trailers are allowed on a first-come, first-served basis for a fee, and boats and jet skis are welcome.

The condo was fine (a little dated with the furnishings but the furnishings were nice), the view was excellent, the outside deck was huge, the pool was outstanding, the air conditioning was cold, and the parking was convenient, but… the clothes washing machine did not work which was a huge inconvenience when you specifically plan your stay to have a machine that works (inconvenience not only with the machine not working but also multiple phone calls, coordinating “repairs”, finding an alternative solution on a daily basis, and waiting for people to come to the room). The property manager did what he could but this was a major factor in a disappointing stay when it could have been relaxing and enjoyable.
