This apartment is located in the heart of the Isla Verde area, in front of El San Juan Hotel & Casino and Royal Sonesta Hotel. Has a fully equipped kitchen, one huge bedroom with a Queen Bed, one full bathroom, living & dining area, balcony and has a/c in the Bedroom. The living-dining is huge with glass doors overlooking the balcony with partial beach view. The apartment also offers 1 parking and Wi-Fi. It can easily fits 2 guest in a king bed.
The condominium has Laundromat, a nice swimming pool, and tennis court. There are restaurants, 5 star hotels, casinos, pharmacies, shopping all within an area of 1 mile radio. There is public transportation like buses, taxis, or you can even walk to many of these locations.
WASHER &DRYERS are available on M floor on the building. They work with coins. No washer n dryer available inside the unit.
Please be aware that power outages are common in the island. If the power does go out we apologize for the inconvenience.

We had a wonderful time at Melba’s condo. Check in was easy, the condo was perfect for our stay. Communication with the owner was excellent. We are looking forward to visiting again soon.

The host, Melba, was very responsive when I reached out to her with a question(s) The condo was clean, spacious, in a good location, and well equipped with necessities. The pool area was nice. It was also a secure, gated building. The only minor issue was a little confusion with the check in at the gate. Just make sure you have Melba's last name, email address, and I believe the guard asked me for a cell number, and obviously the unit number. Other than that little hiccup, all was great!

Communication with the host was great. Unfortunately, there was a water outage while we were there, but we got daily updates from our host, which was very helpful. Laundry facilities were limited during the water outage, but were good when the water was restored. The condo was spotless, nicely decorated and well stocked. Location is great; 5 minute walk to the beach and a pharmacy and about 10 minute walk to a grocery. Beautiful pool and very friendly neighbors. Also, very easy to get around the area on the bus, which is free
