Top of La Mancha

Property was clean and well maintained. Centrally located and had lots of amenities: cooler, beach chairs umbrella, bch towels etc. so that was great! They also had dominoes which is a plus. They provided snacks and other things in the fridge which was nice. Penthouse was spacious and has three bathrooms which works well esp since we had a large group. Pool was beautiful. Location was fantastic: many restaurants close by, casino across the street, close to the beach and airport! Had a light at the top of the spiral staircase which was helpful when it was late at night. Fully equipped with different appliances, pots and pans etc. Highly recommend this penthouse.

Parking was a problem. Only has one parking space for your vehicle. We had a large van which we could not park there. They have a public parking lot next door that belongs to a hotel nearby and and you have to pay. They charge hourly so we paid a lot everyday we were there. The property manager was not friendly at all; was very rude and had zero people skills. All the other staff was nice and tried helping you if you had issues and concerns. When we tried checking in to the penthouse, we were provided the wrong entry code and we ended up opening someone else’s apt. We had an issue with the safe, we called it in since my purse and inhaler were inside and I was having ashes attacks and could not get to it. Issue was not resolved until the next day two hours after checkout. That was unacceptable. Owner was in France and could not be reached. No one responded in a timely manner nor returned our calls or messages. Hauling suitcases up the spiral stairs was tricky. Despite all this, I would stay there again. Hopefully they will talk to the staff reference treating guests better and with respect!
