About this villa rental
My house is of recent construction, rehalized in stone as inspired by the traditional architecture of the Mani. It is situated between Agios Nicholaos and Pigi at 180 m above sea level, about 40 km from Kalamata airport and enjoys an extraordinary view over the bay of the Messinian gulf. Within 30 km, between Agios Nicholaos and Kardamili, you can find clear sand beaches, pebbles and inlets with turquoise sea water.
The house has 2 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, a living area and a fully equipped kitchen. The furniture is modern and the house has large outdoor spaces with private parking, solarium and swimming pool for exclusive use.
Guests have access to the entire house, to private parking, to storage with washing machine, to the garden, to the veranda with double pergola where it is possible to spend time, to a sun deck and to the swimming pool for exclusive use, with sunbeds and umbrella. The house is surrounded by greenery with the view as far as the eye can see over the expanse of olive trees that reach the sea. The house offers all the comforts both inside and outside. The location is ideal for those who need silence and rest and for those who want to reach the nearest beach (Pantazis) in ten minutes.

Villa was perfect for our 16 nights stay ( 3 adults). The location is amazing. Calm and peaceful with views down the hillside to the sea and to the villages below. Totally private. Pool was maintained to a high standard and is bigger than the marketing photos present. Excellent outside furniture. Well equipped kitchen. Sound air conditioning (we had 38 degrees +) throughout our stay but had decent sleep at night. Beds, house keeping, washing machine, dishwasher, showers all good. No BBQ but a decent oven in the kitchen. The area is quiet but really interesting to explore, be it coastal or mountains. Spoilt for choice of places to eat away from the tourist area of Stoupa. One point to note is that there are several steps down from the parking area and a few more steps to one of the terraces. This would only be a concern for someone with a disability or walking aid. To top off the complete perfection of this venue was Maria, our host. She was so kind, informative and attentive. Her communication was prompt. Thank you so very much Maria. A pleasure to meet you.

What a wonderful holiday we had,we were not missing anything! The location is beautiful and close to nice villages. Car is necessary.
Angela our hostess helped us well when there were some minor problems. I would definitely recommend this holiday location!!
