De ligging is best oké tov het dorp en de stranden en het zwembad is prima.
Er stond een caravan in de voortuin, de BBQ staat daar ook maar dan zonder zitje en een rooster waar je je stukje vlees of vis niet op wil leggen. Aan de zijkant van het huis staan oude meubels en een oude oven, het huis is weliswaar van alle gemakken voorzien maar met name door de verlichting voelt het allemaal heel kil en ongezellig aan. Het huis heeft potentie, maar het is nu een rommelig onverzorgd geheel en daardoor het geld niet waard.
