About this apartment rental
Very QUIET, facing the sun, in a small village in the Picos de Europa. Place in the Park, 20 minutes from Cangas de Onis.
Arrival is along a winding road. VERY NICE, to travel unhurried.
The special place where the house is in a quiet valley in the mountains, in the village of CAZO.
To visit the Covadonga Lakes, the Sella pass or Cabrales Valley.
Services and common areas
Outside is the PASSAGE access, with great views of the valley. SLOW.
As the house is in a small pouch of the village, it is a very quiet place.
It has in common with our sister home (Asturias Secret) portal area, very typical of the Asturian houses. The portal is a shared table and chairs, and a clothes line for casting.
Guest service
You can find us in the next village (Sellano) We are close to assist you. Do not hesitate to ask what you need.
If necessary, you can contact our neighboring Lucina who will be happy to lend a hand.

The neighborhood
The house is in the village of CAZO, in the municipality of Ponga, in the mountains, not far from the bustle centers. It really is a lost corner.
The village itself is very quiet, and the house is on a corner, where very good at the sun and great views of the valley.
You will feel in the authentic Asturias, in the mountains of the Picos de Europa.
Getting around
You need the car to get around the area, since in the Picos de Europa, regular bus lines are very limited to two or three points.
Access to the house is pedestrian, leaving the car about 30 meters away, so there is no passing car.
It is important to note that in the village there are no shops or establishments so if you arrive at night go with the purchase made! Totally recommended for travelers seeking tranquility just 20 minutes from Cangas de Onis.
The Rincon Casa del Sol is in the small village of Dipper.
Cangas de Onis is 18km (20 minutes to the locals) and about 25 minutes for the uninitiated.
But the route to Cangas de Onis worth seeing several times. Is beautiful. Spend a couple of narrowings, the road near the river. And the Sella river is spectacular.
We are in the Park Put, the pass of Sella and Covadonga is just minutes from Cangas de Onis.
Other places close sonel Valle de Cabrales, or the coast with its beaches and cliffs (Llanes and Ribadesella). (More information on our blog and our app)

The Ponga esprecioso for mountain routes, walks, etc. A beach approx 40-50min.
Road access have abundant curves and you have to drive slowly (30-60mk / h). What does not detract from the trip MAGIC rather gives it charm and helps curb mass tourism.

It has little mobile coverage, so it is ideal for cutting dependence on appliances. To improve coverage must move one outside the house.

We ask the basic rules of courtesy between neighbors .WE our guests leave the house in order and reasonable state of order and cleanliness.
The price of cleaning is always in total. We take care of cleaning for the next customer.
We give the house with sheets, towels and a spare.
The kitchen is complete with all the elements for cooking. No oven. If you have a microwave.
We remove food from a host to another.
There is a trash bin at the entrance of the village. do not leave your trash to the tiremos us.
We hope you enjoy the house, as they have done many guests. Esperamo that take care because we want you to feel at home.

A wonderful place for those who seek a relaxing break from the stress of modern life (as long as you don't mind a bit of driving), with unrivaled scenery, great character, and all the basic necessities for a shorter or longer stay. We enjoyed local walks with amazing flora (wild orchids often growing on roadsides), friendly village folk, the distant chimes of cow bells, and plentiful wildlife you could observe from the comfort of your seat in front of the house - lizards, birds, butterflies... and even more just a short drive away in the Picos and Ponga nature parks (vultures, dark squirrels). The place is fantastic in any weather, and while we enjoyed a fair share of early spring heat, we found the clouds moving across the mountains and an occasional thunderstorm particularly atmospheric! The host was very supportive and responded quickly to our queries. For those who are after modern amenities, Cangas de Onis is just 25 min drive away with a weekly Sunday market and plentiful hostelries boasting local cider and Asturian specialties. Highly recommended, and we are very tempted to visit again!
