The open concept of the living, dining, and kitchen makes it easy to watch TV, prepare meals and dine together. Relax in the evening in the king bedroom and a queen sleep sofa in the living area provides an additional bed if needed.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.
Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.

Amazing property! Conveniently located near everything: the beach, restaurants, ice cream shops, etc. The unit itself was clean and had great views of the ocean. We watched the sunrise every morning from the balcony! Gorgeous. The building is also very nice with two elevators on either side of the floors which made loading and unloading our car very easy. The pool was well maintained and there were lockers in the garage for beach stuff. Not that we needed any because there was a nice selection of beach equipment provided. I loved the fact that there are security codes for all the doors. In other places with community pools, we’ve had issues with guests from other locations using the facilities and crowding us out. Not an issue here. We will definitely be staying here again!!

We have stayed at First Flight Retreat for many years. First time in this unit. The unit itself needed some "love". Had to call about a moldy shower curtain. The panel on washer/dryer unit was coming off which the company new about. The unit could hold 4 people but there was only 2 dining chairs. There was a lack of dishes and no table on the deck which would have been good to eat out on the deck. A little disappointing after all our other stays.
