Beautifully renovated, updated kitchen and bathroom, high quality furniture and features. This phenomenal property boasts 2 cozy bedrooms - one with Queen bed; second with 2 full beds, 1 full bathroom equipped with A NEW shower. Enjoy the welcoming quaint neighborhood. With amenities like AC/Heating, WiFi, washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board. ALL guests will feel right at home. Large backyard with lush landscaping for a private and relaxing getaway. Sit by the pool, or near the manicured landscaping and enjoy reading a book or just relaxing.
When not enjoying your time here, fill a cooler with your favorite refreshments, grab an umbrella and beach chair for a quick 7 to 8 minute walk through the breath taking 100 year old oak tree populated neighborhood to your own private beach access. Or take a 5-7 minute walk to your own private river access for some kayaking or sit at the neighborhood park and enjoy the sunset. Great restaurants on and off the island with a small town feel as you stroll main street for ice cream. Nearby shopping at privately owned boutiques and antique shops.
The use of the pool, grills, and any other outdoor/beach items on the property are provided at no extra charge and are for the sole use of the guests. Use of these items are at the guests own risk.

The house is very clean and new. Very relaxing time at this house. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly and it’s close to beaches and the river as well as restaurants and bars.

Our stay was wonderful! The house is clean, spacious, updated and the hosts are very responsive if we had any needs! The directions to the house were clear and easy to understand! The pool was so much fun and the town of vero is becoming more popular. We’re looking forward to staying there again!
