Comfortable 3 bedroom 3 bath beach house .pool..3 minute walk to beach.

Excellent stay!! Golf cart was great, pool was nice, plenty of room!! Clear, simple directions, no hassle. 2 min golf cart drive to ocean!

The stay was perfect, the house was very roomy and provided extras (towels , sheets ,the 6 person golf cart even games and a puzzle to keep us busy at night. The host was more than nice and professional, gave great tips on things near by. So close to Vero airport, shopping and food. The beach was so close a short walk or ride on the golf cart. Absolutely plan on returning.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house is spacious with big rooms and had a very comfortable overall feel. The pool is beyond private and beautiful. We only used the master bedroom and loved the mattress. We slept great. The house is in a wonderful neighborhood and so close to the beach. Our host Jim, answered promptly when I texted him with questions, so that was greatly appreciated. The house needs a little updating, but that didn't bother us at all. We were offered use of a golf cart, however, we didn't have a need for it.

The location is great! It's only a short walk to South Beach. It was also nice to have a pool in the backyard. The house is roomy and fit our family of six adults quite well. While we did not meet the host, he contacted us prior to our arrival with instructions and a way to contact him if necessary.I cannot give a five star rating because the bath and bed linens were old, worn out, and stained. The kitchen was disorganized, with old food in the refrigerator and cupboards. Many of the dishes and glassware needed to be rewashed as they were not thoroughly cleaned before putting them away. This was an expensive stay and did not meet our expectations of cleanliness. In fact, I needed to purchase new sheets and towels for the stay.
