3/81 Noosa Parade in the Belmondos complex is a newly renovated modest first-floor apartment with river access. It sleeps up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms - one with a Queen bed and ensuite with shower, the other with a King bed which can be split into 2 x King singles on request. There is an additional bathroom with a bath and an over-bath shower.
The comfortable living area features a new kitchen with everything you need for your holiday. There is indoor dining for 4, a breakfast bar for 3, and a smaller table on the front-facing balcony. Relax in front of the large SmartTV at the end of the day, or enjoy sunsets and sundowners from the balcony.
The complex features a lovely enclosed shared pool area, with a communal BBQ and an adjacent shaded grassy area. Beyond the pool, there is access to the Noosa River edge and a small sandy beach, perfect for launching kayaks and paddleboards.

There is also a convenience store and cafes. The Noosa Ferry stops here which will take you to Hastings Street and the Noosa Marina.
Please note that access to this first-floor apartment is by stairs only, there is no lift access.
