A welcome package should have been provided about the property. Product information booklets on the kitchen appliances, washing machine and Smart Television should have been provided. We spent some time trying to work out how to use everything in the apartment. The washing machine had an issue which required 2 visits by the maintenance man. I ended up hand washing to keep us going with essential clothing. In the end, he said that there was probably a problem with the heating element in the machine which was causing the power tripping and we agreed that he would resolve the problem after we checked out on the 31 May.
