Fantastic stay. Clean, quite, well appointed property. Surprizingly convenient to flaggstaff. Backyard patio, view and amenities were a huge hit. Owners fantastic. 10 out of 10.

Amenities were in good condition. Owner fitted description perfectly about the home and there were no issues whatsoever.

We had such a wonderful Christmas and being able to bring our fur baby made me so happy. The beds are so comfy and the TV/stereo set up was great for watching Christmas movies. We played putt putt, table tennis and pool. So many fun amenities! We would definitely book this property again

My only disappointment was the no smoking in the yard rule. No smoking in the house is a given. I rent 4 to 5 Vrbo's a year and there is usually an ash tray on the porch or patio where I can relax and have a cigarette. I think that people that can afford a place like this will not stomp butts out on the ground and leave them. We know how to clean up after ourselves. I followed the rule posted very clearly in the guest rule book, which meant I had to go stand in the street. Not very relaxing if you smoke.
