About this house rental
Looking for a great location, close to the beach and village but still in a quiet and relaxing complex “ look no further! Our recently renovated, beautifully furnished, and spacious split level town home is right across the street from beautiful Siesta Key Beach “ known for its warm, clear water and white, powdery sand that never gets hot to the touch. Siesta Village, offering restaurants, boutique shops, night life and a grocery store, is less than a mile away “ a short drive or take the free trolley that stops right outside the complex every 20-30 minutes. Our home has over 1,300 cozy square feet with 10 ft. ceilings, separate dining and living areas, a one car garage (with additional parking available), stainless appliances, and a full size washer and dryer. The large living room opens onto a balcony overlooking a lake (with lots of turtles). The master bedroom opens onto the balcony too, has an en-suite bathroom, and a king bed. The second bedroom has an adjacent full bath and features two twin beds. Central air, free Wi-Fi, a well-stocked kitchen, and cable TV in the living room and each bedroom round out the amenities in the unit. When you are not relaxing in the town home, spending time at the beach, catching a spectacular sunset, or strolling in the village; play tennis, take a dip in the pool, or have a picnic using the development's facilities. Great time, warm beautiful weather. Very central like cation. The only thing is the door knob needs to be replaced on the front door, the latch would not release and the door would not shut unless you locked it. It needs to be upgraded to a keypad.
