The condominium complex is close to the Village where several restaurants and shops are located, and convenient to grocery stores and shops in Sarasota.
The beach is private and large so doesn't get crowded and beach lounge chairs are provided.
Our condo unit was spacious and cozy but needs some updating.

You can't beat the view of the grounds which are meticulously maintained! The pools were great and the walk to the beach was straight out from the condo about 500-1000 steps (sand to beach). The fitness room was the best we have seen and the security was excellent! The pools were pristine! The condo itself was in a great location on the second floor close to the elevator. The condo was roomy and had a great lanai! The owner was wonderful to work with and she made sure she was available if we needed anything. Thanks Jill! The only draw back was that the condo is very dated.
