If less then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather).

Well-appointed, cute, very nicely decorated, clean cottage. The hosts paid attention to every detail. We could find nothing we needed other than food and beverages. Everything was provided, even shower gel, shampoo, towels and scrunchies in the outdoor shower. It was like staying at a friend’s home! They also provided a detailed notebook with instructions for everything and a list of where everything was down to the drawer or cupboard. It is ideal for someone who is flying to Chincoteague and has one suitcase. We will rent again for sure. The only negative we experienced was that the laundry products provided were highly scented. Due to our scent allergies, we brought our own unscented detergent and had to wash all our bedding, towels and dish towels before using so as not to have asthma issues. For that reason only, it was a 9/10. If the hosts change to unscented laundry products, it’s a 10/10 for sure!
