About this house rental
One small dog up to 30 lbs allowed but must be pre-approved before booking. $75 pet fee. We sometimes make exceptions to this policy. Message us with details about your situation to see if we will make an exception. No cats or any other kind of animal.
Welcome to the Magnolia Beach Cottage, your home away from home! My husband and I live nearby and personally manage this home. We make sure everything runs smoothly and that you have everything you need. This home features a large covered front porch that has ample seating. The beach is just a block away. There are 3 Roku TVs in the home that include a streaming service. There is a large assortment of books and games. You will definitely get a good night's rest as all of the bedrooms feature top of the line 12" memory foam mattresses and very soft 680 thread count sheets. Extra blankets and pillows are provided. We also provide beach towels, wagon, beach toys, and chairs. For those traveling with children, there is a play pen and high chair. There is a hair dryer, make up mirror, and nonslip bath mat in each bathroom. There are also 2 extra fans.
The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook a family meal. There is a 12 piece pots and pan set, a variety of baking dishes and utensils, crock pot, mixer, blender, toaster, waffle maker, K-Kup coffee maker, and traditional coffee maker.
The home has high speed WiFi connected to a mesh router to provide a strong WiFi signal throughout the house. The data speed varies from approximately 100 Mbps - 500 Mbps depending on your device's proximity to the router.
There is a desk and office chair in case you need to do some work while here.
There is a Pack n' Play travel crib.
The Magnolia Beach Cottage is a state of the art constructed cottage that is within walking distance to the beachfront with 26 miles of white sand beaches to enjoy. Our 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, large living space, complete kitchen with a huge covered front porch and large back porch is located in one the most popular areas of the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
The interior of the cottage has been completely renovated in Winter of 2020 with a complete renovation of the kitchen, new furniture throughout, freshly painted inside & out, renovated bathrooms with the focus of comfort, relaxation and the ideal location to enjoy and explore the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
The Cottage is one block from the beachfront and within walking distance to downtown Long Beach, restaurants, etc.
For the beach the Cottage has a wagon and lawn chairs and beach towels and beach toys for those days spent at the beach. Along with a variety of board games and a small collection of books including local history books for our guests the Magnolia Beach Cottage provides a stay that will be remembered. If this is also a "work vacation" the Magnolia Beach Escape offers high speed wireless internet and will also feature a desk with an office chair to keep up with the happenings at the office while you vacation.
Three vehicles maximum allowed. A trailer counts as a vehicle.

Our stay in Long Beach was wonderful! The rental was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the front porch in the rocking chairs. Lori was a great host, very attentive to our needs. One minor suggestion: a new grill would be a nice addition. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this rental.
