Enjoy Beautiful Gulf Coast views from this fabulous townhome in the quiet, personal, beach-side community of Beau Clair. It is beautifully decorated and offers a cozy feel of a home away from home.
From the master balcony, you can step out and have your morning coffee and enjoy the endless view of the Gulf of Mexico. The light colors in the decor will transport you to the beach-feeling even while you are inside, while the splash of colorful pillows provides a feel for the local culture. Fully equipped, guests have visited for 3 days to 90 days. It is perfect for you no matter the length of your stay. The kitchen deck faces east with great beach views. The front porch faces west, like the balcony, and works wonderfully for morning coffee and soothing sunsets. Better yet, simply take your favorite drink and go sit on the seawall to watch sunrises, sunsets, and moon rises!
This 2-story townhome features a large and open 1st floor with living room, dining area, and a gourmet kitchen with bar seating. There is a half-bath and a laundry room with stacked washer & dryer. The place is comfortable and inviting and has plenty of natural light. It features a large flat-screen TV and cable service. A private WiFi network is provided for your convenience.
Bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor (upper level). The master suite includes a queen size bed, flat-screen TV, and a full-size shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, a set of twin bunk beds, a flat-screen TV and adjoining full bathroom including a tub & shower. Large closets and storage complement each of the bedrooms.

Very clean room and grounds. Needed a little maintenance that the owners were not aware of. We let them know, and they said they would take care of it in the future.
The owners live in Louisiana, so they use their own condo often. That's a plus as far as I'm concerned, bc it means that they are around often to keep the condo looking beautiful.
The kitchen is fully stocked with spices and coffee and such, so you can utilize some until you make it to the grocery store.
The price they charge is very reasonable, especially compared to other condos in the area. The owners were very friendly and willing to work with us. For instance, we requested a checkout time of 11: AM instead of 10:00 AM.
I would definitely stay here again!

Floors were not clean, cleaning crew needs to pass a swifter sweeper under the beds and furniture. Rug in living room is very old and worn looking. Sofa in living room needs steam cleaning. Kitchen was well equipped. Chairs on front porch were broken, looked dryer out from sun. Could have had more wash clothes in bathrooms. I went and bought a bundle at Dollar tree. They did provide beach towel which was good. Pool area only had 1 umbrella. It was nice to have a pool though. Location was great, there is a lot to do in the area. Wal-Mart was only 1:7 miles to the west which was great. There was an ant problem which we fought all week. Safe and quiet area. We did make the best of it and enjoyed our self’s.
