Sunny sheltered private accommodation below our villa.
Located in quiet cul-de-sac in bushy suburb of Northland
-10 minutes by bus or car to stadium and CBD or 25 minute, pleasant downhill walk into city
-15 minute walk to the iconic cable car and Botanical gardens.
-10 minute walk to local Kelburn village- pub, cafes and shops
-10 minute walk to Zealandia, Wellington's wildlife sanctuary!
The space
Studio has separate private access, is located below our 100 year old villa and opens on to a sunny garden.
Our accomodation has 2 queen beds, 1 in a spacious bedroom, the other in the back half of the living area.
No kitchen, but mini-fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, crockery and utensils set up in living area.
Other things to note
If 2 people are planning on using both the 2 beds, please book for 3 people.
