No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful property and view from front porch. Home was clean, comfortable and set up perfectly for family groups. The only reason for any low ratings and concerns is that the listing neglected to say anything about the pool/hot tub weren't going to be available for our stay. The listing had no information about that, nor was it communicated to us. What a let down for our grandchildren!! A huge disapointment, and I booked this property largely for the reason that it offered a private heated, outdoor pool. I called Vacasa after our arrival and they had me send pictures of the pool (filthy and unusable) and were supposed to call back about how to help fix the issue. After communicating via text and phone call several times, a text informed me that the pool would not be available for the duration of our stay because it was not ready for summer. We made the best of our stay, but it was frustrating and disappointing to say the least. As I said, lovely home, neighborhood and accommodations for a family group.
