About this apartment rental
This peaceful accommodation offers a unique relaxing stay for the whole family. The duplex is located in the residence "Les Chamois" at the foot of the downhill ski slopes, the ski school and the start of the cross-country ski trails. It is oriented towards the rising sun.
- In summer, the apartment is located at the foot of the hiking and mountain biking trails and borders the Grande Traversée du Jura (GTJ). The lakes of Bellefontaine and Les Mortes for swimming are 3 kilometres away.
- Organic cheese dairy nearby and all shops in Morbier and Morez.
The accommodation
The Duplex is located on the second floor of the residence, right corridor, door 24.
The kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom have been completely refurbished.
Level 1
- Entrance with storage and upstairs access,
- A fully equipped open kitchen with oven,
electric hob and dishwasher, fondue set, raclette, pierrade and pancake-party,
- Living room with sofa bed, bench seat and TV,
- A balcony overlooking the slopes and the mountain,
- A bedroom with double bed,

Level 2
- Landing with large storage and wardrobe,
- A rising sun bedroom with 2X2 bunk beds for 4 people and 1 Murphy bed,
- A rising sun bedroom with double bed,
- A bathroom with shower, heated towel rail, sink and toilet.
First floor of the residence
- Convivial room for residents (meeting, TV, games...),
- Communal washing machine and dryer,
- A private ski locker.
- A storage room for bicycles.
Basement
- garage with automatic door. One parking space per apartment.
Outdoor
- Children's playground, parking, greenery, fields, cows and mountain!
Linen
- Blankets, pillows and mattress protectors are provided, linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels and linen) is not provided.

- Traveler access
IMPORTANT FOR YOUR ARRIVAL
Free arrival between 4pm and 7pm.
The keys will be in a coded key box next to the front door of the apartment (2nd floor right N°24). We will give you the code by SMS or phone.
ATTENTION: You must arrive before 8pm because the building is closed by an electric strike at night between 8pm and 8am. Then you will have the keys if you wish to leave.
You must vacate the apartment before 10am. In principle, Mrs. Lætitia Jeanneret will do the inventory of fixtures with you. We will give you more information when the time comes to arrange an appointment.
