About this house rental
Huge Private Pool. Short walk to beach access. "Bohemian Blue" is an Eclectic and spacious 5 bedroom, 3 bath home on the corner of Tarpon and Sea Dragon (2)4 seat golf carts are included. Pet friendly for pre approved pets with a fee. Our street ends into one of the island's best beach accesses. Two bedrooms have 2 queen-size Beds in each. The primary bedroom has a king bed . The other two bedrooms have a queen bed in each. Each bedroom has a smart tv. This home also has a large dining area with a table that seats eight and barstools for four. The pool are and a screened porch and a large deck area add to the spaciousness of this home.
The pool is seasonal mid April - Mid October only.
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $125 pet fee for each pre approved pet.An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval. Preapproved pets are considered in the off season - pets not permitted June-August. Please text Marnie at 828 775-4465 for preapproval

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. The house does come with a large private pool. The house is big enough to accommodate more than a family of five. It is pet friendly. The only reason why I give it four stars is because it’s out of date, I feel like for what I paid the house show look better, golf carts do come with the house. Great access to the beach.

Property is spacious and accommodated our entire family well. The property is outdated and could use a deep cleaning and organizing especially the kitchen. The location is great and we appreciate it is pet friendly. The private pool was nice and enjoyable. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
