Drop your bags, kick up your feet and enjoy the water view that this lovely 6-bedroom house has to offer. This house offers ample sleeping space to accommodate a large family. Centrally located on Warsaw Island, this house is only a 15min drive from the beach and downtown Beaufort, 20mins from Parris Island and surrounded by a host of restaurants.

• 1 master suite with a King size bed
• 2 bedrooms with queen size beds
• 1 bedroom with double queen beds
• 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds
• 1 bedroom with a full-size bed
• 1 sleeper sofa in the library
A fully equipped kitchen if you decide to cook a large family meal. A game room that has a host of board games and a professional pool table. Wi-fi that you can connect all your devices to. A large deck where you can grill while taking in the gorgeous view.
• Deck offers space for approximate 25pp and has 2 dining tables.
• Propane grill offered for outdoor cooking for a fee of $50
Guest will be provided with a Hunting Island State Park pass that provides access to the beach. If guest lose or do not return the pass, they will be charged a fee of $150..

The property is in a quiet location. You are able travel to various stores and restaurants in a short time. In was very peaceful and the entire family loved it!

The house had potential, but our stay was ultimately disappointing due to poor maintenance and cleanliness. There was no check-in or check-out communication until we reached out, and important details like the advance grill reservation process and WiFi password were unclear or inconsistent. The home was dirty on arrival, with trash outside, items left from previous guests, and recurring pest issues (dozens of flies, roaches, and ants each night). Several fixtures were broken or in disrepair, including patio doors, window screens, and deck furniture. One bed fell through the frame because it only had two boards supporting it—though the mattresses themselves were comfortable. The firepit was tucked into a corner of the property and required cleaning before it could be used.On the positive side, the location was quiet and just 5–10 minutes from town. We also would have appreciated blackout curtains in the bedrooms to help with the morning light. The host was responsive when contacted, but overall, the stay was impacted by a lack of upkeep and attention to detail.
