Property is ok but the pool heat is as very inconsistent. It did not work when we arrived and required a few emails, texts and calls. Once we were able to get in touch with property manager, he was quick to reply. In my opinion though the pool heat was pretty inconsistent throughout our stay. I did inquire about a refund but the request was avoided. We also had a few cockroaches show up later in our stay. Maybe normal for Florida during the time we stayed but not sure.
Pool deck was dirty and needed a good wash. Screening on pool patio door was off but easily fixable. Kinda how everything was. Just needed some TLC.
It probably would be fine with a younger family going to Disney every day.
