The total floor area, including the loft space, is approximately 40 ㎡, while the living space excluding the loft is approximately 20 ㎡. It offers a comfortable stay for both short- and medium-term stays.
Additionally, the area features a 100-yen shop, a clothing store carrying everything from underwear to outerwear, and an affordable supermarket, making it a convenient location for daily life.
First Floor (Ground Floor):

・Loft-style bedroom (2 single mattresses)
・Fully equipped kitchen (with refrigerator, cookware, oven, and microwave)
Upper Floor:
・Living room (with sofa bed)
・Another loft-style bedroom (2 queen-size beds)
A washing machine, electric kettle, and dryer are also provided.
There are a total of 5 beds (including the sofa bed).

We really enjoyed our stay. Maiko was quick to respond to our needs and I would stay here again with my family.

The property was lovely and had enough sleeping space for all 6 of us in my family. With the exception of rude neighbors complaining to our host about us existing in the regular hours of the day and not even during quiet hours, and then proceeding to stomp around the following days throughout the night, it was a wonderful time.
