*HOA requests application at least 30 days prior to reservation date. There is a rush fee of $150 for any applications with less than 30 days' notice.
**Due to the timeline for HOA approval, if a guest does not complete the rental application within the time given, your booking will be cancelled.
**In the unlikely event that your application is not approved by HOA, your booking will be cancelled.

We had a great stay and the host was excellent. The accommodations were spacious, very well equipped, and we especially loved relaxing on the porch. The pool and hot tub close by were a nice bonus, and the neighbors were very friendly. The location was convenient and made it easy to enjoy the area. Overall, a really pleasant place to stay.

Everything was excellent, great condo in a great environment, golf, 5 pools, gym. Supercommunication with the host, questions, problems solved in a heartbeat.
