One of the closest and newest communities to Walt Disney World! Located just 5 minutes from Disney 1.5 miles. Our freshly updated townhouse is the perfect location for your next Florida adventure. A fully equipped kitchen, super-fast Wifi, community pool, and a brand new Walmart just down the street are only a few of the many amenities you will find with this incredible rental. Our 1600 sq. ft. home is bright, fresh, and waiting to welcome our next guests. Absolutely the best unit in the entire community! We are in a 24/7 gated community that offers a lot of recreational activities, nature trails, swimming pool and playgrounds.
The space
Welcome to Tito's Tiki Townhouse! You have just discovered the perfect rental for your family on a budget who are looking for a clean, well-furnished place that is very close to the parks. Our freshly furnished three bedroom townhouse in Crestwynd Bay is ready to welcome you and your family. The 1600 sq. ft. 2 story townhouse is perfect for everyone: for a couple who wants to have lots of space and amenities for a home-away-from-home trip, or for a family of up to 8 guests who want a bit more bang for their buck and spend their vacation time together. Your vacation is about enjoying adventures together as a family, and having a relaxing and spacious place to stay and play makes all the difference.
Our townhouse has everything you need for your vacation including:
- A fully equipped kitchen with large open-plan dining area and lounge (grab your groceries from the new Walmart just a short walk away for inexpensive home-cooked meals, or grab a prepared pizza or sandwich to go!)
- 2 1/2 bathrooms (extra bathroom space comes in handy when you are in a rush to get to the parks in the morning)
- Washer and dryer (pack less clothing and save on those expensive baggage fees)
- Two king-sized beds and one Minion-themed room with two twin beds all upstairs (there is no rule saying adults can’t sleep in the Minion room)
- Fast 100Mbps Wifi available throughout the townhouse for streaming, gaming, or making online reservations
- Netflix and Hulu, and now Disney+ in each bedroom so everyone can watch what they want
- One reserved parking spot with lots of visitor parking available
- Enjoy the jungle view patio for some early morning coffee or a family BBQ at night

Location the parks could not be beat, the home itself was well maintained and provided us with plenty of space to relax.Special shout out to the owner!On the 2nd day of our trip the TV in the living room died. Within an hour of me emailing Ed reached out and by the early afternoon he had installed a brand new one on the wall. Nice to see an owner respond so quickly and favorably,

Clean, quite and comfortable. Everything looks well cared for. Dishes and pots where in good shape. Close to Disney parks
