Stunning Studio w balcony for 2, 1 Queen Bed,1 Bathroom 5 mins to the beach

This is such a cute place! It was my sister and I’s first time in Puerto Rico, so we were a bit skeptical but once we arrived and got settled in, we felt like we were home. The neighborhood is calm. So many shops, restaurants, the beach near by! No need for a car if you’re going to be staying local. Grabbing a lyft was also super easy. The room itself was well kept and nicely furnished. A perfect stay for two people! My favorite thing was the mirrored glass closet doors, such a vibe. Overall, a great stay! Will be coming back and definitely looking into staying here. Also, the check in and check out process was super easy! Marvelous place !!

It was right in the heart of condado and the host did a great job at making us feel welcome. It was clean, cozy, and was conveniently located. And best of all, it was less than a five minute walk away from the beach.

I cannot recommend this spot enough! Janet was incredibly attentive to all questions and replied quickly. The apartment was very clean and in a perfect location. I would definitely book this place again if I were to visit Puerto Rico again.

The apartment was nice. All the amenities were there that a person would need. The location was great in the center of everything. I didn’t rent a car and was able to walk to everything. I did Uber to North San Juan though. Had a nice stay, would do it again.
