About this house rental

Surrounded by nature in Simonshaven, this holiday home for four guests offers a peaceful escape just 150 meters from the lake beach. Guests can enjoy direct access to a fishing spot by the villa, or explore nearby bike and boat rentals for outdoor adventures. With charming Dutch towns like Brielle and Hellevoetsluis within easy reach, there are plenty of opportunities to discover local history and coastal beauty. Inside, the home features a welcoming living space with a TV, a fully equipped open kitchen, and two cozy bedrooms with single beds. Guests can unwind on the terrace or relax in the garden, complete with outdoor furniture for al fresco dining. A sauna adds a luxurious touch, while practical amenities like a washing machine, central heating, and private parking ensure comfort and convenience. For local attractions, visit the Brandweermuseum Hellevoetsluis, showcasing firefighting history, or stop by Alpaca-World Brielle for a unique experience. Dining options include Pannenkoeken Zuidland, which offers delicious pancakes with scenic views, and Voyage Food, known for its cozy ambiance and excellent coffee. Reservations for groups of persons under 26 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house For groups (such as groups of friends), young people and last-minute bookings, a deposit of € 200 / 250 may apply.
