About this house rental

New Construction 2025. Let go, relax, and unwind in the heart of nature!!!

Our new exposed-concrete house will be ready for occupancy by the end of April. It’s located on a high plateau between the villages of Pitsidia, Kamilari, and Sivas.
Surrounded by more than 100 olive trees, it offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the mountains, the Masara Plain, and the sea. Relaxation guaranteed.

The spacious outdoor area offers various spots to linger.
Sunny and shaded spots, a lounge area, and the 8 x 3.5 m waterfall pool leave nothing to be desired.

The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes away. The wonderful Komos Beach and Matala are also just a few minutes’ drive away.
It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Kamilari, Sivas, and Pitsidia.
