"Ty Nonod" is a peaceful house completely renovated, located at the tip of Finistère, in the Iroise region, 500m from the sea and the GR34. Direct link to the island of Ouessant 15min by car with free parking via Finist Mer. Plouarzel golf course 5min by car. Water activities nearby: canoeing, sailing etc...
It has a small enclosed outdoor space out of sight to enjoy meals outside and a private parking lot.
On the first floor, living room and equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, induction hob, microwave oven, convection oven, washing machine).
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms: a 140x190 bed, the second: 2 90x200 beds (which can be pushed together to make a double bed: on request) and shower room.
In a quiet area 500m from the sea (7 min walk), has a small enclosed outdoor space secured out of sight to enjoy the sun and a private parking lot.
In the immediate vicinity of shops 5 min by car 15 min walk: Bakery, Supermarket, Pharmacy, tobacconist and restaurants...

Sea, beach, GR34 at 500m and near Les Abers (Aber Ildut at 800m).
