About this chalet rental
Relaxing experience at the Chalet de Kerescar. This cottage inspired by the 60's 150 m from the beaches and its sea view immerses you in a wild and preserved maritime setting.

Pets are accepted on prior request, within the limit of one pet weighing less than 10 kg, in order to preserve the comfort and serenity of the premises and other residents.

First floor: Fully equipped kitchen with oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, combined fridge-freezer, small appliances, espresso coffee maker and family coffee maker, 1 bar and 3 high stools.
Independent dining area for 5 people with terrace access, satellite TV lounge (foreign channels) with leather sofa and armchair, library
1 bathroom with walk-in shower, double sinks, towel dryer, bench seat and toilet.
Upstairs: 1 mezzanine bedroom with queen size bed 160x200 and lounge area, cupboards and 1 bedroom with 2 beds including 1 single 90 x 190 and 1 double 140x190, cupboards.
Facilities and services: TV (cable/satellite channels), free WIFI internet, shared laundry room with washing machine, baby equipment available on request. Bed linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival.
Exteriors: Covered wooden terrace on stilts facing the sea facing west with dining area, private parking (1 vehicle per chalet)

The first cafes restaurants are 1.5 km away on foot by the GR 34, in the town center of Plouarzel (4km by the cycle path) you will find shops as well as a large supermarket and charging stations for cars.
