That’s exactly what awaits you at our spacious vacation home with a barrel sauna in Butjadingen. Thanks to the central location of our vacation home at Helgolandstr. 6 in the Tossens neighborhood, you can easily reach many attractions—such as the Aqua Mundo swimming pool and the Friesenstrand Tossens—in just a few minutes on foot.
There, you’ll also find your own seasonal beach chair available from May 1 to September 30. Numerous shops and restaurants are also nearby.





In addition to a spacious, cozy living room on the first floor, you’ll find three bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children. On the first floor, there is a large bedroom with a double bed and a children’s room with a bunk bed, which features an extra-large lower sleeping area. On the second floor, there is another bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. A total of two cribs are available, which fit comfortably thanks to the spacious layout. Two bathrooms—one on the first floor with a bathtub and one on the first floor, which is wheelchair-accessible and features a shower—both equipped with a toilet, ensure that there is always plenty of privacy. The upper bathroom also includes a washer and dryer. The functional kitchen is fully equipped and features a refrigerator, a stovetop, a microwave, and an oven. Of course, our home is also equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and a coffee pod machine. The dining area, which opens onto the small but charming kitchen, is wonderfully cozy and perfect for gathering with your loved ones. To ensure there’s room for everyone at the spacious dining table, two high chairs are also available.



The adjoining garden with a partially covered patio invites you to enjoy the fresh North Sea air and offers children plenty of space to play and run around. Comfortable seating with matching cushions and a large table are perfect for dining outdoors when the weather permits. A high-quality charcoal grill is also available for your use. From May 1 through September 30, a beach chair is also available for you at the nearby Friesenstand in Tossens, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea at any time. To help you get your belongings to the beach comfortably, a foldable handcart can also be used free of charge upon request.



You can use a designated parking space in front of the house. Even if you arrive with two vehicles, parking is no problem, as there are additional free guest parking spaces right in front of our vacation home at Helgolandstr. 6. There are also bike racks right on the property.
