Welcome to Tides, your Carolina Beach getaway just a 2-minute walk to the sand! This bright and breezy 2-bedroom, 2-bath top-floor end unit offers incredible canal views, access to a community pool, and is perfectly located on the north end of the island near all the best spots.

This top-floor unit (3rd floor walk-up — no elevator) features two private decks:
One overlooking the pool
One with stunning sunset views over the canal, complete with outdoor seating
The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, and utensils. You’ll also find a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and Smart TVs in every room (bring your streaming logins).
Linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided. Feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
Guest Favorite: Don’t forget to write your favorite Carolina Beach experience on the chalkboard wall for others to discover!

First-floor storage closet for beach gear (key provided)
Two unassigned parking spaces (oversized vehicles may be tight — arrive via Carolina Beach Ave if needed)
Green parking tags must be displayed in your vehicle — $25 fee if not returned
Charcoal grills near the pool (bring your own charcoal) — no grilling on decks
Thursday summer fireworks viewable from both decks (best from canal side)

Great condo in a great location. Beach is a short walk. Beautiful sunsets. Trent was easy to communicate with. Perfect space for my wife, me, and 3 13 teenagers.
