About this house rental
6-bedroom home with plenty of space to spread out. Surrounded by the Blueridge Mountains with panoramic views! Home includes Hot tub, firepit, pool table, shuffleboard table, bar, and even an outdoor putting range that overlooks the incredible mountain view.
Perfect home to escape from the day-to-day hustle and relax with friends and family. Gated entrance on top of the mountain with both sunrise and sunset views with the privacy of 5 plus acres.
Home is located in Black Mountain, please note that this home is up in the mountains, please be cautious with driving the mountain roads. The last almost 1/2 mile to home is gravel the rest of the way there is completely paved.
Downtown Black Mountain, Asheville, and Hendersonville are all about 40 mins away. Jack Nicklaus designed putting green with infinity views of the mountains.
Check out is at 10am- you may be charged extra fee if checkout past 10am without prior approval. This home takes a while to clean because of size, so if we have a same day check in or out, we will not be able to accommodate early check in or check out. If we do not have same day we are happy to accommodate late or early check in/check out with advance notice. If you know you need a later check out please reach out before booking.
We’re lucky to have fresh, natural well water—but it’s a shared resource that needs care. Your small efforts make a big difference!

✅ Turn off the tap while brushing teeth or shaving.
✅ Full loads only for laundry & dishes.

Why it matters: Our well can’t keep up with heavy use, so every drop saved helps avoid shortages. Thank you for being mindful—we truly appreciate it!
Community quiet hours are 11pm- 8am, please be mindful of noise levels, the mountains carry sound

There is special health risk involved when using hot tub and you are accepting those risk when using. There is potential danger for unsupervised children, as well as health risks if pregnant or intoxicated. Hot tub should be kept at temperature less then 104 degrees. Large groups and/or overuse of hot tub will cause hot tub to become dirtier quicker. Recommended to give 2-3 hours between hot tub use. Please be mindful of time in hot tub and personal hygiene prior to use. Guest accepts sole responsibility of accidents, medical conditions, or injury.
The home is located on the side of a mountain, please supervise children when outside to prevent accidents.
Please clean up any excessive messes, spills, etc. and throw away trash in trash cans. Any extra cleaning or deep cleaning that needs to be done by cleaning team may result in extra charges.
