About this house rental
Amazing Property located in the gated community of Rumbling Bald Resort on almost 2 acres acres of land featuring a trout stream, waterfalls and a swimming hole. Perfect location to get away from it all. Quick walk to Lake Lure Beach inside the resort. Near Chimney Rock, Hendersonville and Asheville Airport 40 minutes
The main home sleeps up to 12 in four bedrooms and one bunk room. The Cabin Guest House & Pavilion has a large covered gathering area (20 feet by 30 feet) as well as a 650 square foot sleeping/living area with 2 bunk beds (queen on bottom and twin on top). In addition to central heat and air, both are equipped with large ceiling fans for the warm summer days as well as fireplaces for cool mountain evenings.
Numerous porches, decks and patios provide many areas to gather with family and friends or to get away for a quiet spot by yourself. Sit in the swing by the stream and enjoy the soothing sound of the waterfalls, roast marshmallows in the fire pit or play board games by a warm fire.
The house has ample parking and easy access for loading and unloading. We are conveniently located near the beach, pools, wellness center, clubhouse and golf course.
Your rental also includes access to all of the resort's amenities including a private white sand beach, children’s water park, distinct dining experiences, numerous hiking and biking trails and two championship golf courses.
Internet access has been upgraded and includes a separate wifi at the guest cabin.

We had a great week at this property. The house, along with the guest cabin, gives our large group plenty of space. The kids love the creek that runs along the back of the property and that, along with the large outside area at this property, is unique when compared to other houses we have rented at Rumbling Bald in the past. We enjoyed the pool and the beach every day and the guys played golf at both the Bald Mountain Course and the Apply Valley course during our stay. If available, we will probably stay at this property again in the future. Tom Riecke

We had a wonderful time . We chose this home because our grandchildren love creeks and the one in this property did not disappoint. There is so much space to roam around and get together for small or big groups. The home is clean and comfortable. We will plan to go back as soon as possible. We were having so much fun on the property and at the resort pools, lake, etc that we did not desire to go visiting around to the many things to do in the area. Next time we are there maybe we can convince the group to leave and venture out.We made simple boats and decorated them. We had many races with them We also had rubber ducky races. The kids rode down the stream on inner tubes, fished, caught crawdads, and splashed around to their hearts content.

Second time staying here. We love the location, outdoor space ,screen porch and all the sitting areas. The outdoor pavilion provides so much sitting area ,eating area and outdoor fireplace makes it a cozy area for day and nighttime !! Beautiful setting with the stream and waterfall on the property !!! The resort area has lots of fun activities. Will come a third time next year.
