This house is cozy and updated. Kitchen could have been more stocked (example, there was no colander so we couldn't strain our pasta - -and also a lack of large pots.) Additionally, the heating in the home is uneven. The back bedroom gets VERY hot when the heat is on, which was sometimes problematic for our daughter staying that that room - as we needed the heat on, but that room became equivalent to a sauna when we were trying to get the living room temperature up to 70 degrees.
Other than that the home was nice and the neighborhood is beautiful.

We got together with my best friend and our families in Tahoe and found this property. It was wonderful, the house is perfect size for two families, it has a great kitchen area that has all kitchenware you could need. Living room area has an amazing couch that fits two families perfectly. The front of the house was great, kids played outside, and it was easy to park. Couple of things to note, during winter months we would not advise for travelers to enter from the Ridgewood street, it's too steep and we slipped down on our four wheel drive, you have to go around. The heater is great, but it warms upstairs really well, and not enough in the living room area, recommend putting some space heaters downstairs. Overall it was a great stay!
