About this cabin rental

"Our Carnelian Bay cabin is a treasured family spot. Its central location between Tahoe City and King's Beach provides easy access to all of the North Shore ski resorts and beaches and is steps away from the paved trail system. The cabin sleeps 8 people in 3 bedrooms (one king, one queen and two sets of bunks) and is classic Tahoe, but also fully remodeled with a granite kitchen and slate and tile bathrooms. The cabin has a central, hanging fireplace in the large main room to keep everyone cozy as well as a game table and dartboard. The cabin is also fully stocked with board games, snowshoes, sleds, beach chairs/towels, etc. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with a large corner lot, plenty of room to build snowmen and sled runs. When inside, enjoy a Smart TV and WiFi. The large back deck has seating and a Weber grill for use. We hope you enjoy staying in one of our favorite places!"

House is so cozy, we spent a ton of time in the living room upstairs. Lots of games, fireplace, and beautiful view of our snowy surroundings. Kitchen had everything you could need and the host was so friendly and communicative.

We had a great time at the cabin despite very snowy conditions and even a power outage. The owners were proactive checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed given the tough conditions. The abundance of games and indoor activities made it a great vacation even when we were stuck indoors without power. Highly recommend this cabin for a fun family getaway.
