About this apartment rental
Personality plus! A king size white wicker bed graces the bedroom, with tropical print bedding. There is a nightstand with a lamp on each side of the bed, and a rattan side chair. A white wicker dresser has a mirror and a flat screen TV. Artwork adds colorful touches. The bath has and cute artwork, with a spacious walk-in shower with seats. In the dining area an upgraded Tiffany-style light fixture spotlights the white wicker and glass table with four ornate chairs to match. Two stools at the kitchen bar have cushions to match the dining chairs. There is a short bar that sports a stereo system, and granite countertops throughout the kitchen. White cabinets and appliances that include a side-by-side refrigerator. In the living room, yellow wood tables, with a green recliner and a blue sofa with yellow piping. A beautiful beach painting hangs above the sofa, while a striped armless chair rounds out the seating. An entertainment stand holds a flat screen TV, VCR and DVD player. Lots of artwork throughout.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Great location! Very clean and accessible to everything. Location is right next to the Flora Bama and has its own parking garages attached to the Phoenix 10. This unit is on the other side of building so it was very quiet and will be even better once the roof is completed!

The location was great! The bed was super comfy! The staff was very nice and accommodating! Would stay again!

Mattress and pillows very uncomfortable-seemed cheap and cheap linens
Ceiling fan loud had to cut off during night
Batteries were low on remotes
Would rent again at Phoenix X but would rent from an owner with early check-in option even if pay more to check in earlier
