About this villa rental
Villa of recent architect, without any vis-à-vis, realized by the cabinet AKB of Marrakech.
The main villa is composed of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and a master suite (available at no extra charge beyond 6 people), all with shower room, WC and large closet.
An outbuilding with 2 additional bedrooms and bathrooms is available on request, please contact us for the price.
Around the large central fireplace, is articulated the European living room, the dining room and the Moroccan living room.
The villa was built in a beautiful olive grove of 10,000 m², facing the Atlas Mountains, and has a splendid heated pool (depending on the season or less than 22 degrees) in green mosaics of 16 meters. long by 6 meters wide, 8 sunbeds and a petanque in the shade of olive trees.
It has all the necessary comfort for a successful stay, a garden furniture consisting of a sofa, armchairs and poufs wrought iron, and a large garden table for 12 people that will allow you to spend pleasant moments on the shaded terrace facing the pool and the Atlas Mountains.
Samira, our cook, will take care of all your meals (purchase of the goods at the expense of the tenants) and Medhi, our guardian, of the maintenance of the swimming pool, the garden and the surveillance of the house.
Car needed.
Possibility to have a person to pick you up at the airport to guide you to arrival at the villa, as well as for your visits.
Ideal for family with children or friends.
Only the maximum number of people announced at the time of booking can be present at the villa. No party is allowed without our prior written consent, and no person met in town will be accepted by the keeper.

We (family with 3 teenagers) had a fantastic holiday and enjoyed the beautiful house in every way. In reality the house is even more beautiful than in the photos. It is a half hour drive from Marrakech city and is easily accessible. Every day we were spoiled by Samira with her delicious Moroccan cooking and care. She really is a treasure. Medhi made sure every day that everything was spick and span and took care of the cute dogs. We could swim in the lovely spacious pool, play table tennis and jeu de boules. Inside it is very spacious, with all very nice areas and rooms. An absolute ‘no brainer’ if you want to fully enjoy a wonderful carefree holiday!

We just returned from a wonderful holiday in Morocco. Wow, what a fabulous house !!
Finding the house the first time can be a bit tricky as you need to drive off the main road on a tiny track road through a local little village.
Yet once you pass the gates, greeted by the ever so friendly and smiling Medhi it is literally like entering paradise.
The house and its grounds are absolutely beautiful!!
The pictures on the website do not capture the beauty, charm or size of the stunning garden and its trees.
The pool is big and clean and really well looked after and the sunbeds comfortable.
There is a great area for outdoor dining and relaxing.
The bedroom upstairs has a beautiful flat roof which offers spectacular views of the mountains.
Samira was absolutely delightful, and prepared the most delicious dishes.
She was always ready to discuss menus with us and made sure we were always happy.
She really ensured our stay in the house felt like a stay in a hotel.
Medhi was friendly and helpful too.
The location is a bit out of it so a car is a must if you want to visit the area or go on regular outings. We did some great outings to the mountains, Ouzoud waterfalls, Ourika valleys, Marakesh...
The wifi may not always be great but we found a simple solution and just purchased a inwi card in the airport for about 1 euro per GB and that worked perfectly.
The owner of the house was a good communicator and helpful but we never had any issues.
We would highly recommend this villa and definitely hope to come again.

We spent 5 days in the villa in April 2019 after 2 very busy days staying in central Marrakech. From the moment we turned into the driveway, there was a sense of calm. The villa is beautifully designed - both spacious and comfortable. The gardens with olive trees are well maintained, and we enjoyed hours of fun with our children in the pool and playing pétanque in the gardens. Our children also loved the dogs, who were both friendly and well trained. We would like to thank Nathalie the owner for her quick responses to our queries, and especially to Samira and Mohamed at the villa. They both warmly greeted us on arrival and looked after the home; Samira cooked us delicious meals, and both accompanied us into the village to buy everything we needed. Thank you.
