Cocoonr Agency offers you this beautiful neo-Basque-style house located at the top of a hill in a quiet, residential area of the pretty Basque village of Bidart.
Thanks to its location, the villa offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the Pyrenees mountain range, and its south-facing aspect means you can take full advantage of the sun's gentle rays throughout the day.
Recently refurbished with quality materials, the decoration is contemporary and tasteful. The Villa is spread over three levels, with a 400 m² private garden.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
Ground Floor
- A bright living room with large picture windows, sofa and TV, opening onto a 30 m² terrace overlooking the pool
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A games room
- A laundry room
- Separate WC
First Floor
- A master bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200), mountain views and dressing room
- A bedroom with double bed (140x190) and storage space
- A bedroom with bunk beds (2 sleeping 90x190)
- A bathroom with bath
- A shower room with shower
- Separate WC
Basement:
- An extra bedroom with 2 single beds
- A games area
- A summer kitchen
- A shower room with WC
- Direct access to the pool and terrace
Outside
- A large covered terrace
- A swimming pool (10 x 5 m, salt water, alarm protection)
- A cosy, sheltered summer lounge with plancha
