Perfect location. Views are amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Affordable. Close to everything even walking distance to places to eat & drink & shop. Ice cream, bike rentals you name it it was right there. Perfect for families and just for a fun vacation get away. Inside of condos need updating but over all a great experience. This was a very last minute trip, and as you can imagine, not much selection during high season, so this unit was available. The view is as pictured, it’s the first floor of the building, so you can see water but not the beach, you’d need to be on the second floor to see the beach.The kitchen is really a kitchenette with a large fridge. The listing says there is an oven. LOL. No oven, no ROOM for an oven. There is no salt and pepper either. First time ever, renting places all over the world, no S&P, not even empty shakers. No room for food either, if your food doesn’t go in the fridge, it’s sitting on the counter or the high top table. That breakfast bar is the hot water heater, there’s no cabinet there, just a couple of drawers for silverware and utensils. There is no closet in the bedroom, no dresser either, just those shelving things you see in the photo. No room to just keep stuff in your suitcase either unless you are traveling solo. Mattress is something else….foam of some sort, I guess and it could use replacing. Just don’t look under the mattress cover…..flooring was interesting. Circa 1990 ceramic tile in bath is completely cracked, bedroom has Berber carpet (didn’t know that still existed anywhere) and there’s an interesting slant in the floor to the kitchen with a stub bar to prevent you from sliding into the fridge….yes, better days have been seen by this unit. The Breakers is in a really good location though, walkable to many restaurants.
