About this house rental

Welcome to Lakefront Paradise! This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home is situated in a protected cove on the 35 mile marker. It boasts two living spaces, a full kitchen as well as a large kitchenette, a private dock with wet steps, plenty of seating and a paddle boat. There are wraparound decks to enjoy the quiet calm of the cove! Perfect location within 10 minutes to the famous Captain Ron’s Bar & Grill and The Cave Bar & Grill!

Kitchen and Dining Area
The kitchen is spacious and beautifully updated with quartz countertops! There is a Keurig coffee maker, a breakfast bar with seating for two, and everything you could need while away from home! There is a dining room table with seating for eight. Off the kitchen is a screened seating area with two tables, and seating for six.

Living Room
The living room features a sectional with pull out bed, flat screen TV, additional seating area with a sofa with pull out bed and a fireplace. There are sliding glass doors that open to the balcony. On the balcony there is a propane grill, a Blackstone, and a table with seating for six.

Master Suite
The master features a king-sized bed, nightstands, two dressers, flat screen TV, and sliding doors that open to the balcony with a seating area to enjoy your morning coffee! There is an attached master bath with a double vanity sink, large soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

Lower Level
Down on the lower level you will find two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchenette and an additional living room. The kitchenette features plenty of counter space, a full-size fridge, microwave, and a drip and Keurig coffee maker. The living area features a sofa with bed, loveseat with bed, two recliners, board games for family fun, and sliding doors that open onto the lower balcony. There is a table with seating for six, a grill and additional seating area.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, nightstand, dresser, flat screen TV, closet and sliding doors for access to the balcony.

Bedroom 3
The third bedroom features a queen-sized bed, nightstand, dresser, closet, and sliding doors with access to the balcony.

Outside
Outside you will find multiple balconies with ample seating areas and three grills. Down on the private dock there is a large built-in picnic table, dock swing, wet steps for easy access into the lake, and a paddle boat!

Neighborhood Description
This home is located in Camdenton and just six minutes from the Cave Bar and Grill and the new food truck venue. Enjoy convenient access across the toll road to the Bagnell Dam strip and Osage Beach.

We enjoyed staying in this house; we use it because we did a job 6 minutes away from this property, so it was beneficial that it was close to the job location, and at the end of the day, it was closed to go back home and cook dinner instead of staying in the hotel and buying food every day.
