The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

I booked this condo for a mother, daughter mini vacation. It was close to restaurants & shopping and a quick walk to the beach. It was clean, and the shower pressure was great in both bathrooms. The beds were comfortable & the overall vibe was cozy. In unit washer & dryer was very convenient to do a quick load of laundry.

The room itself was fine, but the stay was frustrating. I spent five nights with no WiFi or TV in the master bedroom. On top of that, the front door lock had issues and the shower had a leaky valve. The unit wasn’t a bad place to stay, but the failure of basic amenities was a major letdown.
