Sea Breeze 316 by Vacation Homes Collection

No breakfast served, but cooked our own. Beach was close and good location for restaurants and souvenirs. Parking was nice as we had our own space to park, we liked that there were carts to carry our stuff to and from the room. People were friendly.

2 elevators for use, but one did not work and the guy there said it hadn’t worked in 5 years.

It's in a great location.

Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Not that I didn't like it, just had to search for the access to the beach, would have been easier with more directions inside the condo or a larger sign. Our last night, which it wasn't extremely late but our neighbors to the left were out on the balcony upfront probably 10 or so people dancing, some louder music and having a good time. Granted they were friendly and it was about 9pm, but we were all tired and knew we had a long drive ahead back home the next morning.

I liked the kitchen area of the apartment

The front door wouldn’t open when we got there it was off track we had to push on it really hard to open and close the door . You only get 1 parking space and Pier 33 charges 50$ a night to park and not 10 . So my company had to park at Walmart which was about 2 miles away and I had to pick them up. Then the tow truck company blocked in the driveway entrance to get into Seabreeze to tow a truck that they couldn’t get out . We couldn’t get in for an hour. The bathroom in the master bedroom was extremely small you couldn’t close the door to use the bathroom. The WiFi kept going in and out . They lied about having a balcony and location of the condo supposed to be on the beach and it wasn’t.
