So thankful for the opening! We were at another location for 2 nights with no AC and in town for a ball tournament. Everything was super quick and easy and was the perfect location.

Our stay at the Sea Breeze was a good one in many ways. The condo was clean, though a little dated. We enjoyed the people that stay there. Everyone was very friendly. There was a lot of noise with the construction going on while we were there. We have stayed here in the past and the noise was not a problem so we will try again next year. The Real Estate staff was courteous and helpful. When we needed anything fixed, they were usually there the same day. The location was great. We were just about 150 yd.s from the Gulf of Mexico. We could walk to the beach access areas from our condo. All in all, we were pleased with out stay.
