Blue On Roo is an executive home on lovely Kangaroo Lake. Our home is not your typical rental! It is meticulously maintained and immaculate. We have been blessed over the past several years to rent our home to considerate guests who appreciate the opportunity to make wonderful family memories on this unique property.

This beautiful home was perfectly positioned on more than 2 ½ acres of woods and wetlands and provides 280 feet of private lake frontage. This property is also conveniently located next to a boat launch for easy lake access if you are bringing your own boat or renting. Guests will most definitely enjoy lounging in an adirondack chair next to the lake, dining al fresco on the lakeside porch, or playing yard games in the backyard. A canoe, life jackets, paddle boards, and kayaks are available at no charge for guests to use.

This home is so beautifully decorated that you may want to stay inside! The great room, dining area, and chef’s kitchen were designed to entertain. The great room has large windows with breathtaking views to the lake, a 75 inch flat screen TV, Sonos music system, valuted ceiling, a wood burning fireplace, and beams and fireplace mantle custom made from reclaimed wood. The great room is wide open to the dining area and kitchen. The dining table was custom made and will easily seat 10+ people. The dining room buffet, kitchen island and range hood showcase more reclaimed wood and the expertise of the carpenters and cabinet makers who built this home. This dream kitchen is sure to please. There are Cambria countertops, Thermador appliances (stove, refrigerator/ freezer, and dishwasher), including a stove with 6 gas burners and two ovens below, oversized microwave oven, and a coffee bar tucked behind the kitchen and leading to the grilling porch. The kitchen is also stocked with everything you will need to cook for your guests! The first floor also has a powder bath easily accessed from the lake side of the home, giant foyer with ample room for shoe, towel and coat storage, and a laundry room with two full sized washer and dryers.

The master bedroom is located on the first floor. It is a lovely room with a gas fireplace, king sized bed, custom furniture, TV, and a tray vault with a chandelier. The master bathroom has a large guest closet, 2 sinks, and a large walk in shower. There are three more bedrooms located upstairs. Guest bedroom #1 has two queen sized beds, a walk in closet, private bath with two sinks, separate toilet room, and walk in shower. Guest bedroom #2 has one queen bed, a walk in closet, private bath with two sinks, and a separate room with the toilet and shower/ tub combination. Guest bedroom #3 is a bunk-room with six full sized beds. This room is perfect for all ages. The custom beds are comfortable and easily accessed. Outlets are also conveniently located adjacent to shelves where phones can be plugged in to charge. There is a game room in between the bedroom and bathroom. The game room has a couch, large flat screen TV, Xbox, and a pub table for games. This is a very family friendly space! The adjacent bathroom has two huge farm sinks with a total of four faucets, numerous hooks to hang towels, and a separate room with the toilet and walk in shower.
