This recently renovated home offers 1st floor primary bedroom with a king bed, private full bath and water views. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms with 4 queen beds, and 2 full baths. The 1st floor has a large family room with an expansive vaulted ceiling and exposed beams, and water views from both sides. The newly remodeled kitchen and dining room area offer an opened concept space to cook and entertain with an adjacent 1st floor powder room. This elegant yet comfortable property offers a cozy retreat for guests with decks surrounding the home, a propane grill, outdoor waterfront dining space, hot tub, and floating dock. The house features a new forced air heating and central AC, a 2nd floor washer/dryer, and WiFi, ensuring a wonderful stay. Enjoy your time in the private water front gated community with access to two private community beaches a short walk away. Minimum 7 day rental.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful waterfront cottage! The setting was perfect for our family – peaceful and picturesque. The outdoor space gave us room to connect, unwind, and enjoy each other’s company. From morning coffee on the deck, watching wildlife, kayaking, paddle boarding, nearby cliff jumping, walks to explore the grounds while meeting the wonderful neighbors, or just floating lazily on tubes. We made so many great memories and truly appreciated being so close to the water. The house itself is beautifully furnished, decorated and clean. It appears to be newly renovated or a newer rental, which was lovely. There are a few small things we noticed – like the dock and deck showing some age, so just something mindful if you are traveling with kids or older adults, lighting fixtures still needing to be installed (in the breakfast nook & laundry) and a few thoughtful additions (like towel hooks) could make the space even more convenient. I’ll be messaging the owner with those minor suggestions.Overall, this was a wonderful stay and great spot for making summer memories. Huge thank you to our host, Zach for sharing this little slice of paradise! We’d happily come back!

This was a wonderful stay - great, great location, beautiful home with multiple places for smaller and larger group connections (large diner table, group seating indoors and outdoors), wonderful sleeping and bathrooms for a group of 10 adults, well-stocked kitchen for group meals, and nice neighborhood with ability to take small walks on the main roads. It was an oasis from the busy schedules and wonderful accommodations for a reunion of long-time friends!
