It was perfect for our group and had all the essential items
There is a smell as you enter the upstairs apartment. My guess is weed but not 100%. Burning a candle would be recommended

It was in a good location with a beautiful water view. It had plenty of rooms and restrooms for our family’s needs. We all were able to gather in one of two family rooms as they were spacious and had plenty of seating.
