About this house rental
Architect's House 2024, which can accommodate up to 10 guests, 10 min walk from Lanséria beach (less than 1 km). Ideal stay for a family or friendly stay, you can enjoy activities between sea and countryside.
Peace and quiet will be assured during your stay.
Enclosed garden, with garden furniture and BBQ.
WIFI - 4 bicycles available and possibility to rent bicycles in the village of Quimiac.
THE ACCOMMODATION
This bright and spacious house (140 m2) is very pleasant to live in, Very functional with a large living room (60m2): open kitchen, living/dining room to enjoy beautiful convivial evenings.
It has an outdoor terrace and a garden (280 m2)
Our house is composed of
ON THE GROUND FLOOR:
A large living room including a new fully equipped kitchen (toaster; Nespresso coffee machine and coffee maker; dishwasher, oven, microwave, raclette machine etc...).
1 master suite equipped with a 140x200 bed with dressing room and en-suite bathroom (suspended toilet, double sink and walk-in shower).
1 suspended toilet
1 laundry room with washing machine/dryer, vacuum cleaner.
UPSTAIRS:PGJyPg
2 bedrooms each equipped with a 140x200 bed with dressing room.
1 "dormitory style" bedroom with 1 bunk bed and 1 sofa bed that can accommodate 4 people.
1 bathroom with double sink, Toilet and walk-in shower.
TOWELS AND SHEETS PROVIDED!
Exposure to the sun for the majority of the day.

Minimum 2-night rental (Contact us for arrival and departure times for short stays).
Weekly rental is preferred, especially during the summer period (July-August)

Access by car; La Baule Escoublac TGV station or Nantes airport.
Come and discover this beautiful region on foot, by bike, on horseback or by car.
Quimiac, the fortified town of Guérande and its salt marshes; The bay of La Baule; La Turballe; Piriac; Le Croisic; Batz sur Mer etc.. are waiting for you
You will have access to the entire house.
