In the heart of the village of Kercabellec, with its charming little harbor and close to the beaches, we offer a beautiful, characterful family home (called Cap-Hornière) that has been completely renovated, tastefully furnished, very well-equipped, offering every comfort, and accommodating up to 10 people.
The house opens onto a large, sunny 2,000 m² lot, entirely enclosed by stone walls and completely private.

On the first floor: 4 beautiful, very spacious bedrooms with built-in closets (2 bedrooms with 1 160-cm bed—one of which has an en suite bathroom—and 2 bedrooms with 2 90-cm beds), 1 bathroom with a bathtub and 1 separate toilet.
OUTDOORS
One of the highlights of this home is its vast 2,000 m² garden with numerous trees and shrubs. In the morning, enjoy the first rays of sunshine while having breakfast; have lunch in the shade of the two magnificent maritime pines; and spend your evenings with friends or family—you’ll have a haven of peace and tranquility.
In front of the house is a courtyard with an old well (now sealed off) and a carport that can accommodate two cars.
